improves mother and child care in Afrika
Midwife Jackline Shirma has successfully completed the ultrasound course at the KCMC hospital in Moshi. Jackline told us she was very happy: “I feel so happy due to my exam results.” We warmly congratulate her!
Thanks in part to your support, the Mount Meru Jacklines Foundation was able to sponsor participation in the ultrasound course. In addition, we coached her remotely during the training, which we will continue to do in the coming years.
Now Jackline has another month of practical internship with Dr. Maeda in the outpatient clinic in Himo, after which she can independently scan pregnant women. In this way she can contribute to improving mother and child care!
